RX1E-S two seat electric seaplane has the characteristics of zero emission, low noise, low operating cost, safety and reliability, and is especially suitable for operating in scenic spots and eco-tourism areas with abundant water resources and high ecological protection standards. On December 31 2021, the RX1E-S two seat electric seaplane successfully obtained the type certificate.

Product introduction

RX1E-S is the world's first pontoon two-seat electric seaplane. On the basis of RX1E-A, it is developed by increasing the power of electric power system and replacing the double buoy type water landing device. The newly developed motor has a large power, the maximum power is 80kW, the carbon fiber three-blade propeller is used, the maximum speed is 2600 RPM, forming an efficient electric propulsion system. Double buoy support type water landing device, displacement of 1.2 cubic meters. The pontoon is made of carbon fiber composite material and is designed with multiple watertight compartments inside. The design scheme of the pontoon with low water resistance coefficient is obtained through aerodynamic calculation, hydrodynamic calculation and model hydrodynamic experiment. The bracket is made of water drop profile and aluminum pultrusion to minimize air resistance. Equipped with retractable rudder auxiliary control system to achieve flexible turning in narrow waters and dock adjustment.
